Indian Journalist experiences Maldivian Magic first hand in the sunny side of life

A team of Thailand’s most prominent journalists will experience the true Maldivian essence.

Some of India’s most prominent journalists and bloggers were invited by The Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC / Visit Maldives) to experience world-class hospitality and luxury the coral haven offers. The Indian journalist will arrive in the Maldives on 20th February 2023 and will spend the next 6 days experiencing all things Maldives at Outrigger Maldives Maafushivaru Resort, Ranthari Guesthouse & Spa, and Nala Veli Maldives, Sun Siyam Iruveli, and West Sands Ukulhas.

The team consists of journalists from renowned key media publications from India such as Dainik Jagran, The Sunday Guardian, Zee Zest, and  ET Travel World. The team will also be accompanied by a freelance writer with a reach into European, Indian, and American publications, along with one PR representative. MMPRC expects a readership of  4,952,250+ readers with the combined reach of this content.

The media team will indulge themselves in activities snorkeling, visiting whale shark/manta and turtle points, coral planting programs, sandbank visits, cooking classes; and more.

India as of 31st December 2022, held the position of the top source market for the Maldives with a total share of 14.4 percent with 241,369 arrivals.
